Education & Background
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Washington (#LH61438845.) I earned a Master of Art’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University Seattle, after completing a bachelors degree with a dual emphasis on Psychology and Creative Writing. I have completed a two year post-graduate certification from Northwest Psychoanalytic Society and Institute.
I began my career in community mental health, where I worked with children, families, and adults from a wide range of backgrounds, with a focus on immigrant and refugee families. While I currently work with individual adults, my experience of connecting with people across a wide range of experiences and life stages deeply informs my work.
